I've seen a few people with it.

Not sure if they'd want to trade, though.

The moderators on WIAB have it, but I don't think any of them are currently trading it.

Also some people on IC and Youtube... and I was almost positive that someone on RTT had it too but I can't find them now.. :/ but yeah, it's hard to trade for it because most of them already have everything else. (when it comes to WIAB staff, it's their decision not to trade it and we all have to respect their choices )
